Robert & Thealize met in December 2018 and 2 years later the couple celebrated the start of a brand new, exciting chapter in their lives with their family and friends in the lovely Riebeek Kasteel valley. Earlier in the year I met them for the first time to capture some fun engagement pics – Robert and Thealize have such beautiful, warm personalities and spending time with them on Robert’s family farm (driving in a 1976 mercedes that Robert restored himself – this car was of course also the wedding car on the day!) made me super excited for their wedding day. Being the year that 2020 was, we were a bit unsure whether the wedding will definitely take place but the ‘happy go lucky’ couple decided that they won’t let the restrictions put them down, they will simply adjust and make sure that they say the big ‘Yes’ even if it had to be with a very small wedding party. Luckily when the day came they could celebrate with many of the special people in their lives!

Thealize is a beautiful woman, but wow, she was beyond gorgeous on their wedding day – I was in love with her beautiful, romantic dress and her flawless makeup. Robert is such a gentleman with the biggest smile.
