I couldn’t wait for Nic & Lillian’s wedding day on the 11th of April this year. I knew it was going to be something very special and I was super excited to shoot a wedding ceremony at Nazareth House – a beautiful stone chapel in Vredehoek with Table Mountain forming the majestic backdrop. The reception was held at QV54, an impressive art deco building, in Queen Victoria Street opposite the Company’s Garden. Lillian who was a ballet pupil of one of my close friends, Mariette Steyn, for many years, is a natural, elegant beauty who was an absolute vision coming down the isle with her flower hair garland and slim figure and big smile. I can write many things about this couple – they are charming, gifted (both are medical doctors), humble, attractive, but above all their love for each other was so effortless to capture! Enjoy their feast of photos!
